With over 15 years of real estate experience,  Dan Fitzpatrick assists individuals, investors, and trustees in a wide variety of real estate transactions throughout the Bay Area. Dan prides himself on his professionalism and strong work ethic, as well as his superior negotiation and customer service skills.

Dan puts his passion, knowledge, and extensive experience to work for his clients. He is a licensed attorney, having obtained his law degree from the University of San Francisco and his bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley. He is acknowledged to be an expert in residential sales, renovation, and marketing. His sales track record is among the top in the business year over year.

He is a qualified expert witness that works frequently with attorneys and financial professionals. Dan is especially adept at handling the renovation and sale of properties, which he undertakes on behalf of estate administrators and trustees. His legal background makes him especially adept in probate sales and family law matters.

Dan grew up in the real estate business, with a father who is a real estate developer and a mother who served as a broker and attorney. Prior to law school, he worked for a development company in the Central Valley and as a broker associate for a leading San Francisco firm before creating his own boutique real estate company, which he ran successfully before founding his own team.

When Dan is not working, he enjoys making wine with friends. He and his wife own a licensed and bonded wine facility in the East Bay and have their own wine label.
